On Tuesday 7th June, I recorded my essay on frostbite and snow candy for BBC Radio 3’s Free Thinking series. This was my first commission as one of the ten 2016 BBC/AHRC New Generation Thinkers. The programme was presented by Matthew Sweet and broadcast later that night, along with a discussion with the Icelandic writer Sjón.
